2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to an administrative processing period before shipment:
Processing Time: Most orders are processed, packed, and ready to leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
You will receive a notification email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

We work with global fulfillment partners to bring you high-quality products directly to your doorstep. Our estimated shipping times to the United States are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.
Total Estimated Delivery: Processing Time (1-3 days) + Shipping Time (7-15 days).
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or postal carrier delays during peak holiday seasons.

6. WRONG ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES
Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: kidget is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking states your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local postal service or USPS office directly.
